Our Stake is doing Road Shows this year!!!!! I am so excited! And I have been asked to Chair the Cultural Arts "committee" that our ward is putting together.
The theme is "Modern Twist on Old Testament Stories" and we *think* our ward is getting Elijah and the Priests of Baal. !!! How cool is that!! I get to write the script and delegate props/casting/directing/etc... (if we don't get Elijah, we will get Esther or ... darn I can't remember the third one now.
Have I mentioned that I'm excited? :)

Sick person - Priests of Technology try everything in their sphere of influence (in a stupid way) to cure the sick person. Gossip person leaves food they're allergic to, Sports fans come in and leave doors open letting in a snake who bites them, Movie person scares them so bad they have a heart attack. Elijah prays and God not only cures the sick kid completely but ... ??
